Other Crimes

There are a variety of other criminal offenses in Georgia and, thanks to our over-zealous Georgia Legislature, more “crimes” are being added to the books every year.

Our criminal defense lawyers approach each case with the dedication and creativity needed to defend people charged with serious Georgia crimes. We have also challenged the constitutionality of some unusual Georgia laws, and have won major criminal appeals in the Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals reversing our clients’ convictions and saving them from many years in prison.

Below are some of our notes on recent cases and trends involving some of the less common Georgia crimes.
